Where Exactly Is FDE Located

We have offices in both South Florida and Central Florida, as well as, online (virtual office)! With two qualified experts heading each office, along with FDE representatives and customer support online, we're able to tend to each and every customer in a timely manner. 

How Soon Can You Make It To The Office

We pride ourselves in making our clients top priority, so we will make it within 24hrs or in the same day depending on urgency.

How Do I Put In A Work Order Request

We used to take phone calls or emails with work order requests, but now we're able to accept online work order requests. Just refer to the bottom of our site and click work order request, then we'll respond within an hour!

What About Handpiece Repairs

Both low speed, high speed and electric handpieces require delicate and speedy repair. We can pick up your handpieces or you can safely mail them out to us at no cost. We will give you a quote, repair and deliver them within 24-48hrs. Be sure to ask about our free speedy handpiece pickup and delivery service today! 

What Types Of Equipment Do You Sell

FDE is a dealer for several vendors and we can sell small, medium and large equipment at a fraction of the cost. Also, when you purchase from us, our installation fee may be included in the pricing for non-sale items. 

How Much Are Your Services

As one of the leading independent service providers in Florida, we're able to charge very fair, competitve rates. Before we even get started on service repairs, we will offer free consultations and quotes. 

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept

We securely accept all forms of payment with the exception of personal checks. We also have financing options available, please call us for more information about this!

What Is Your Return Policy

RETURNS:


WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION PER VENDORS

 

To arrange for a return, contact us via email or 1-800-416-6960. The following conditions must be complied with:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.

  • Unused merchandise must be returned in its original container, unmarked, and properly packaged.

  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days are subject to a restocking fee (if applicable).

  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges will apply on all returns.

 

Exceptions:


The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

  • Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment

  • Special order items (products that our vendors do not ordinarily stock)

  • Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer

  • Any item marked non-returnable
